Scan serials and find sold units
TrackJoy lets staff mark selected products for unit-level tracking, enter one existing manufacturer serial per sold unit, and later find the authoritative Shopify order from the exact serial.
Merchant workflow
- Enable tracking only for products that need individual unit identity.
- Scan or type serials from Shopify Admin or the order-details Admin action.
- Reject blanks and duplicate serials before saving.
- Find a sold unit through deterministic exact lookup.
- Preview, copy, or download authoritative CSV history.
Current boundaries
Cycle 1 does not include Shopify POS entry, serial generation, warranty claims, a customer portal, purchase-order receiving, multi-location serialized inventory, or multilingual UI.
TrackJoy is being prepared for Shopify App Store review and is not publicly installable yet. Merchants can request a product demonstration while launch gates are completed.
